This book is the designated teaching material for power enterprises to study and implement in accordance with the "Notice on Implementing the 'Twenty-five Key Requirements for Preventing Major Power Production Accidents'" (Transmission and Distribution [2000] No. 125). Therefore, power manufacturing, design, installation, commissioning, operation, maintenance, and management enterprises should closely align with the actual conditions of their units and departments, organize cadres and employees to study, implement, and conduct self-examinations, enhance accident prevention capabilities, and prevent major accidents from occurring while continuously improving the level of power safety production.
