Features: Ginkgo is a relatively familiar tree around us. We seem to know it well, yet we don't fully understand it. When it comes to ginkgo, some may say it only bears fruit in the generation of grandchildren, while others may mention having picked ginkgo seeds in temple courtyards. This book does not introduce the kind of rough cultivation found in temple courtyards. Instead, it focuses on growing ginkgo as an orchard tree, carrying out planned production based on various operational conditions and environmental factors. There are few textbooks or manuals on ginkgo cultivation, and research in this field is still in its early stages. However, the advantages of ginkgo have long been recognized, and many excellent cultivation and management farmers have emerged across Japan. This book is a compilation of knowledge and experience gathered by the author, like a bee collecting pollen, constantly visiting producers and summarizing what they have heard and learned. If it can help readers, the author will feel very pleased. The references cited in this book are the fruits of the efforts of all the predecessors, and the author would like to express their sincere gratitude to them.
