Features: This book is a supplementary textbook for the book "Data Structures" edited by Li Xinyan and Jin Min, and can also be used independently. The purpose of writing this book is to enable students to deepen their understanding of the basic knowledge of data structures through experiments, course design, and a large number of exercise solutions, master the thinking and methods for solving data structure problems, and improve their ability to apply data structures to solve practical problems. This book is divided into 2 parts:
Part 1 is "Analysis and Solutions of Typical Examples and Exercises," which is divided into 10 chapters: Introduction, Linear Lists, Stacks and Queues, Other Linear Data Structures, Recursion, Trees, Graphs, Searching, Sorting, and Files. Each chapter first provides an analysis and solution of a series of typical examples related to the chapter's knowledge, followed by a large number of exercises. The types of exercises include multiple-choice questions, fill-in-the-blank questions, comprehensive questions or true/false questions, and reference answers are provided after each exercise.
Part 2 is "Guidance for Experiments and Course Design," which includes 9 experiments: Operations on Sequential Lists, Operations on Single Linked Lists, Operations on Stacks and Queues, Multidimensional Arrays and Strings, Operations on Binary Trees, Operations on Graphs, Operations on Hash Tables, Sorting Operations, File Sorting, and Reference Course Design.
This book can be used as a supplementary textbook for computer science students in higher vocational and technical colleges to study the "Data Structures" course, and can also be used as a reference book for readers preparing for self-study exams and computer proficiency tests (Level 3 or Level 4).
