Is it a disease if my husband doesn't ejaculate?

Patient's question:

Gender: Female
Age: 36
Medical History: My husband has experienced prolonged lack of ejaculation during ML. Sometimes he says he really wants to ejaculate, but he can't.

Doctor's answer:

Analysis of the condition: Hello, your husband suffers from anejaculation, which is a type of male sexual dysfunction. It is characterized by some patients who can achieve a hard erection without difficulty during sexual activity, maintain it for a long time without becoming flaccid, but fail to reach climax or ejaculate, let alone experience pleasure.
Suggestions: Clinically, it is divided into three types:
(1) No ejaculation activity, even after prolonged sexual intercourse or certain forms of climax exhaustion, the patient still cannot ejaculate.
(2) Retrograde ejaculation, where normal sexual intercourse occurs, but no normal semen is expelled after climax, and sperm and fructose are found in the urine after intercourse.
(3) No ejaculation, referring to cases where there is climax but no semen is expelled after ejaculation. It is recommended to go to the hospital for examination to identify the underlying cause.
