Suggestions for attention:
1. Abstain from sexual activity. Even after hematospermia disappears, rest for 1-2 weeks. After recovery, sexual intercourse should not be too frequent or intense.
2. Avoid alcohol and spicy, irritating foods to prevent exacerbating congestion. Do not ride long-distance bicycles or horses.
3. Weekly seminal vesicle and prostate massage once a week helps discharge inflammatory secretions.
4. Hot water sitz baths once a day for 15-20 minutes, with water temperature at 41-42°C (30-day course, followed by 10 days of rest before the next course).
