What are the sequelae after kidney stones?

Patient's question:

I am 42 years old, male, and my condition is as follows: First, I felt a blockage in the ureter and couldn't urinate. Later, tests confirmed it was a kidney stone (about 1.3 cm in size). The doctor recommended lithotripsy, but I didn't take anti-inflammatory medication afterward. To put it simply, all the minor problems occurred after the lithotripsy. I visited many hospitals: some said there was no problem, others said it was prostatitis, and there were other symptoms as well. Basically, the opinions were not unified...
Now, regarding my current condition: I feel lower back pain and difficulty urinating. Additionally, when it recurs, the right lower triangular area of my abdomen swells, causing pain, and urination becomes divided with pain, often with yellow urine during the pain.

Doctor's answer:

Your stones are not large. You can drink more water and do more jumping exercises to expel them from your body. Kidney hydronephrosis is caused by stones in the ureter, which block some of the urine.
