Features: On the path of career choice, you may have once been lost, unable to discern the way forward; or perhaps you have stumbled, feeling that the road ahead is full of obstacles. But no matter what, we always believe you are outstanding! Job hunting is clearly a major event in your lives. This is your first step out of school and into direct face-to-face interaction with society, and it's normal to feel nervous. After all, society is far more complex than campus and far less accommodating. But society is real, and it doesn't allow for any unrealistic fantasies or illusions. It's like a mirror—it can reveal your strengths, but it can also expose your weaknesses. As newcomers to society, facing life outside of school, having flaws is not fatal. Deliberately trying to hide your shortcomings is dangerous. When employers select suitable talent, they don't focus too much on how many flaws a person has, but rather on how many strengths they possess. Knowing how to present your abilities appropriately in front of employers and let them discover your strengths is the most effective way to face and integrate into society.
Difficulties, difficulties, getting stuck in the dorm is hard; paths, paths, stepping out will open the way! As teachers from the school's employment guidance service center, although we cannot fight alongside you on the frontline, we will arm you with ammunition and serve as your steadfast rear support. With graduation approaching, the two sister institutions—Central China Agricultural University and Central University of Finance and Economics—have joined hands to jointly compile this University Graduate Employment Guide, hoping to provide some assistance to fellow graduates in their job search.
