Features: On the occasion of the 50th anniversary of the founding of the College of Overseas Chinese Education at Xiamen University, we organized the compilation and printing of this collection of essays. It includes 78 papers, divided into six sections: Chinese Culture, Traditional Chinese Medicine, Chinese as a Second Language Education, Network Teaching and Textbook Compilation, Teaching Chinese to Speakers of Other Languages (TCSOL), and Teaching Management. These papers reflect the academic achievements of our institution from various perspectives. The editorial work of the collection was overseen by Professor Chen Ronglan, Vice President of the College, and teachers Cai Tiemin and Chang Daqun from the editorial office of Overseas Chinese Education. They devoted significant effort and dedication to this task. It must be noted that we originally planned to include representative works of all faculty members who had served at our institution in this collection (1-2 papers per person). However, due to time constraints and other reasons, this goal was not fully achieved. The papers included in this book still contain some areas that warrant further refinement, and we sincerely invite readers to point out any issues. This collection serves as both a review of our research efforts and an exploration of future research directions. We look forward to even more outstanding achievements in the future.
