They attempt to study the application of real estate law from a practical perspective, clarify the divisions within it, and aim to prevent the occurrence of real estate disputes and provide reasonable solutions for disputes that have already occurred. This is a very commendable pragmatic approach. It is hoped that this series can achieve its intended goals and play its due role in promoting the perfection of China's real estate legal system and advancing the prosperity and development of the real estate industry.
