Features: The Leap of Thought is the crystallization of our group's wisdom in 10 years of corporate management. It systematically and comprehensively summarizes theoretical and innovative insights in areas such as enterprise management, operations, culture, and strategy. We hope it will be helpful or inspiring to those in the business world. When the first draft of The Leap of Thought came out, holding it in my hands filled me with joy. At that time, I felt amazed, excited, and overjoyed! It was like a newborn infant entering the world, utterly captivating and joyous. In the 10 years I've spent in business, I'd like to share four "feelings" of the editor.
First, it's like being a "mental patient." Your emotions swing wildly between joy and anger, leaving you torn between laughter and tears, almost unrecognizable. You're consumed with a single-minded desire to do well in the business, but wanting to do well is a wish, believing you can do well is confidence, and actually doing well is the result. You'll overthink, pondering left and right, forwards and backwards, in deep contemplation. It's akin to the "Malay madman," with a taste of both sweetness and bitterness. Who can truly understand the mix of sour, sweet, bitter, and spicy?
Second, it's like being a "farmer." There's joy in hardship, and you toil without complaint. You rise early and stay late, bustling for the business's livelihood, earning hard-earned money and spending blood-money. You believe that "great wealth comes from heaven, small wealth comes from diligence." As long as you work diligently and act wisely, success will eventually follow.
Third, it's like being a "firefighter." You must not only respond to the various "disasters" in the business, preventing them before they happen, but also excel at problem-solving, identifying big issues within small ones, and thus grasping the bigger picture. Often, you'll be sleepless and unable to enjoy your meals!
Fourth, it's like being an "organizational leader." You must prepare for the unexpected, knowing that a single action can affect the whole. Whether assigning tasks or coordinating relationships, resolving conflicts, your goal is to ensure all the gears of the business mesh perfectly, running smoothly and efficiently.
