Little Crocodile follows Little Pig's advice and goes to Dr. Tom's clinic, only to come out with a whole body of spears from Dr. Tom's friends "acupuncture." Fast Food asks him how the acupuncture went, and he says it's good, that he feels much better, but it's just "not very convenient to walk." Rhinos, tigers, hippos, and other animals all tell Fast Food that their teeth hurt, and Fast Food also feels that his teeth hurt. Little Crocodile gives him a small bird and tells him that he has long been using "this brand of toothpick," demonstrating by lying on the ground with his mouth open and letting the bird clean his teeth for him.
