Which urology hospital is good and authoritative in treatment?

Patient's question:

Because I previously had a check-up and got medication at the First People's Hospital, and after taking it, the effect was very significant, but I forgot the name of the medicine. Now I would like to ask what medications are relatively effective for treating benign prostatic hyperplasia. I hope to get a reply as soon as possible. Thank you.
The main symptoms now are difficulty urinating, with a sense of pain, and the symptoms worsen in hot weather.

Doctor's answer:

Surgery remains an important treatment for benign prostatic hyperplasia. The indications for surgery include: ① symptoms of lower urinary tract obstruction, significant changes in urodynamic tests, or residual urine volume exceeding 60 mL; ② severe symptoms of unstable bladder; ③ upper urinary tract obstruction and renal damage; ④ multiple episodes of acute urinary retention, urinary tract infection, or gross hematuria; ⑤ concurrent bladder stones. For patients with long-term urinary tract obstruction, significant renal damage, severe urinary tract infection, or acute urinary retention, a catheter should be placed first to relieve the obstruction. Surgery should be performed only after the infection is controlled and renal function has recovered. If catheter insertion is difficult or prolonged insertion has caused urethritis, suprapubic cystostomy may be an alternative. The indications for emergency transurethral resection of the prostate (TURP) must be strictly adhered to.
