Patient's question:
Just recently, my good buddy came to visit me and mentioned that he's been feeling unwell lately. He said that he's been experiencing itching on his genital area. Later on, as the condition progressed, he noticed red bumps appearing on it. The doctor conducted some tests and said that he had developed genital condyloma.Doctor's answer:
Hello, the initial symptoms of penile tuberculous chancre include papules or small nodules ranging from rice grain to pea-sized, red or normal skin color, with palpable hard nodules that can naturally absorb or form purulent necrosis and break into round or irregular ulcers. The ulcer edges have a slight undermining base covered with gray necrotic exudate, with purulent secretions, and surrounding infiltrative erythema. It starts as a solitary lesion, may become multiple during the course, and can merge with each other. There is a sensation of tenderness, and after healing, it leaves an indented small scar.
