Is my prostatic calcification serious or mild?

Patient's question:

In this year's physical examination, our bureau discovered prostate calcification through ultrasound. I don't know whether this calcification is mild or severe.

Doctor's answer:

The treatment method is a supplementary approach for antibiotic treatment of prostatic hyperplasia and calcification. Since antibiotic treatment for prostatic calcification struggles to achieve effective therapeutic concentrations within the prostate gland, the practice of directly injecting antibiotics into the prostate has emerged. Our outpatient department previously extensively recommended this treatment method, but years of clinical practice have demonstrated its inherent and irrecoverable drawbacks.
