Doctor's answer:
Hello: Medications commonly used to treat tinea cruris:(1) Compound Resorcinol Solution, an in-house hospital preparation, is mildly irritating and highly effective. Apply externally 1–2 times daily for 10 days to achieve clinical cure.
(2) Compound Daktarin, produced by Xi'an Janssen Pharmaceuticals, works quickly and provides excellent anti-pruritic effects.
(3) 1% Clotrimazole Cream, 1% Econazole Cream, etc. I recommend Clotrimazole.
The skin in the penis area is delicate, so avoid using highly irritating medications during treatment. If the condition does not improve or is widespread, oral Sporanox 200mg can be taken once daily for 5 consecutive days.
Gopla recommends applying Clotrimazole Ointment externally. This is the most cost-effective and highly effective treatment method.
