Features: The natural visual surface in dosage is often no longer the focus of attention. Instead, the inherent layer contained in the form, structural variations, and formal elements become the key points of observation, analysis, and expression. Within natural objects, there are often forms of expression different from their external appearance. Through analysis, unexpected effects can be discovered: for example, in the cross-sections of pomegranates, onions, and green peppers, the schematic natural forms generate more variable and random forms; or, by deriving certain line imagery from the movement properties of water ripples; or, by summarizing texture organization graphics from characteristic textures, potentially obtaining a smaller and more peculiar new unit. At the same time, we should use these aspects to visually express the artistic spirit, intention, illusion, context, symbols, metaphors, and semantics of nature. How this behavior is elevated to a conscious visual interest is an important aspect of the value form of the topic.
The form topic from nature, under the guidance of visual thinking methods, carries out formal analysis. It attempts to find diverse problem-solving paths:
- Reading, the understanding of nature from different disciplines;
- Sketching, abstract visual notes of natural objects;
- Analysis, the formal perspective of the internal structure of similar objects;
- Composition, the transition from natural appearance to artificial order;
- Technique, trying diverse rendering effects of the same object;
- Writing, expressing the formative feelings of nature in words;
- Interpretation, how contemporary art expresses nature through imagery, metaphor, and philosophy;
- Appreciation, the intrinsic or extrinsic interactive connections between art design and nature.
