Epithelial cells are high in urine

Patient's question:

A few weeks ago, I developed a urinary tract infection, and the doctor further confirmed it to be cystitis. After treatment, my urinalysis now shows only a higher count of epithelial cells at 38.8 Mpt/L, with the reference range being ~15. All other test results are normal. What does it mean when the level of epithelial cells in the urine is high? Should I continue taking antibiotics? Thank you.
First follow-up question: I'm a bit confused, haha. Can I stop taking antibiotics then? Because taking too many antibiotics is also unhealthy for the body. Besides, I've already been treated with both intravenous drips and oral medications for 10 days. There are no clinical symptoms now.

Doctor's answer:

Hello, based on your condition, the symptoms of high white blood cells and epithelial cell content in a urine test may suggest the possibility of a urinary tract infection. This is mainly because the female urethra is more complex, making it easier to cause infections and recurrence.
