Azoospermia cannot be cured with medication. What methods can be used to cure it?

Patient's question:

Detailed medical condition and consultation purpose: Could you please ask Dr. Chen if our situation is very difficult to treat, or if it's fundamentally incurable? I have read many of Dr. Chen's diagnostic posts saying that azoospermia cannot be cured with medication. What methods can be used to cure it? I also want to ask about the hospital's treatment for infertility. Which hospital is relatively better for treating infertility? I would like to ask Dr. Chen why the doctors at Guangzhou Hospital just said it's a minor problem. Can this be confirmed?
Current general condition: Normal, no abnormal symptoms
Medical history: 2 years
Previous diagnosis, treatment history, and outcomes: I have been seen

Doctor's answer:

Hello: According to the situation you described, your test results show no other problems, except that the sperm count is missing, which means it should be classified as azoospermia! The treatment for azoospermia mainly depends on the cause of the condition. ① For obstructive azoospermia, different surgical procedures can be performed depending on the specific circumstances, such as vasovasostomy, epididymal vasostomy, artificial vesiculoposthitis, epididymal sperm retrieval, and transurethral incision. ② For non-obstructive azoospermia, if it is due to endocrine abnormalities, such as hypogonadotropic hypogonadism, treatments such as gonadotropin-releasing hormone (GnRH) and gonadotropin therapy, as well as testosterone replacement therapy, can be used. If the cause is a pituitary tumor, surgical removal is necessary. Pituitary microadenomas and idiopathic hyperprolactinemia can be treated with bromocriptine. In cases of primary testicular failure accompanied by varicocele, varicocelectomy should be performed.
If there is congenital absence of testicles or severe testicular underdevelopment, or secondary testicular atrophy, and testicular biopsy shows no sperm production, it is generally not possible to restore spermatogenesis through treatment. It is recommended that infertile individuals use donor sperm for artificial insemination or consider adoption.
