There is a white, transparent substance similar to semen that flows out after urination. I went to the hospital.

Patient's question:

Patient Gender: 25
Patient Age: Male
Detailed Condition and Purpose of Consultation: Three to four months ago, after drinking alcohol, the patient had an unprotected sexual encounter. A while later, symptoms appeared, with a white, transparent substance similar to semen leaking during urination. When the patient went to the hospital, no prostatic fluid was extracted, but a bacterial culture of the secretions was conducted, which revealed Staphylococcus saprophyticus. The patient received a week of intravenous drip treatment (using a sensitive drug). Later, the substance similar to semen stopped appearing, but after some time, symptoms of post-micturition dribbling were noticed. Please help analyze the situation, suggest further tests and treatments. Thank you.
  I am truly confused.

Doctor's answer:

Based on your condition, it is possible that you may have leukocytospermia. Leukocytospermia occurs in young people due to higher levels of androgens in the body, leading to increased secretion of prostatic fluid. Frequent congestion of the prostate can cause the ducts to dilate. During urination, passive contraction of the prostate smooth muscle can easily cause leakage of prostatic fluid. This is especially common at night, as the penis remains passively erect, further stimulating the secretion of prostatic fluid, resulting in leukocytospermia when urinating in the morning.
