Right base of penis has a small lump, what's wrong

Patient's question:

Detailed medical condition and consultation purpose: Last night, I had normal sexual intercourse with my girlfriend. Tonight, while urinating, I suddenly noticed a small lump at the right base of my penis. When I gently lifted the lump, there was mild pain!
Duration of onset and persistence: 8 hours
Current general condition: The small lump is still present, with mild pain but no redness or swelling.
Other: I have never experienced this before!
Additional question: When I gently press the swollen area, there is mild pain! Urination is normal! Now it feels as if two-thirds of my penis is swollen.

Doctor's answer:

Is it possible that you exerted too much force during sexual activity, resulting in an injury to the corpus cavernosum? It is recommended to visit a hospital for a check-up to avoid future complications!
