Patient's question:
My wife has a very high libido. Every time we have sex, she gets very excited. Sometimes, she even ejects some liquid, similar to how a man orgasms. Since she is always very excited and remains in an excited state throughout the entire process, it's difficult for me to determine some of the signs of her climax. What kind of help would you like: What are the signs of female orgasm?
Doctor's answer:
Everyone's sexual climax is different, but generally speaking, when women reach orgasm, their muscles experience involuntary contractions, including intermittent contractions of the vagina, a sense of numbness in the genital area, as well as physiological changes such as accelerated breathing, muscle tension, elevated blood pressure, increased heart rate, and sweating. During a woman's orgasm, some may experience sexual flushing on parts of their skin, muscle tension, accelerated breathing and heart rate, and some may even experience confusion, reduced vision and hearing, or even temporary fainting. Some women may also experience a decrease or loss of taste and smell, nipple erection, vaginal muscle contractions, increased vaginal secretions, crying or unconscious moaning, and clitoral swelling and protrusion with rhythmic contractions during climax.
