Patient's question:
I heard that the "H" from the People's Liberation Army Medical College can treat premature ejaculation. Has anyone confirmed this!!Doctor's answer:
Hello: The specific efficacy is unclear, and it is recommended to consult the hospital. The following treatment methods are provided:
For the treatment of premature ejaculation, the focus is on prevention. First, it is important to strengthen sexual education and understand the physiological differences between female and male sexual climax, which typically occurs later in women. If premature ejaculation occurs occasionally between partners, there should be no blame directed at the male. For more significant cases of premature ejaculation, the couple may temporarily separate for a period of time. This can help break established pathological conditioned reflexes and allow sexual function to be adjusted and the reflex for ejaculation to be rebuilt. Close cooperation between partners can also extend the duration of sexual activity, ensuring both parties achieve sexual satisfaction. During intercourse, avoid excessive excitement. If ejaculation is imminent, stop thrusting the penis in and out of the vagina and divert attention away from the sexual organs to non-sexual areas. Individuals who experience premature ejaculation due to excessive indulgence or prolonged masturbation may gradually reduce the condition by practicing moderate abstinence and abstaining from masturbation. Those with premature ejaculation caused by organic lesions should undergo treatment targeting the underlying cause.
(1) Western Medicine Treatment:

- Phenobarbital 0.03 grams, taken three times daily.
- Oryzanol 10 milligrams, taken three times daily.
- Probenecid 30 milligrams plus Stilnoct 20 milligrams, taken once nightly.
- Take Methylphenidate 25 milligrams one hour before intercourse to inhibit ejaculation.
B. Topical Medication: Wash the glans penis with warm water 0.5–1 hour before intercourse and apply a small amount of anesthetic ointment, such as 1%.
