Features: The rural reform in Anhui has long been a focal point of the Chinese people because it is not only pioneering but also possesses unique characteristics, exerting a significant influence nationwide. With the care and strong support of the responsible comrades of the Provincial Committee, the Party History and Research Institute organized efforts and, after more than a year of hard work, wrote the book "The Path of Rural Reform in Anhui" around major historical events of the rural reform in Anhui. Agriculture is the foundation of China's civilization for thousands of years. Since the founding of New China, the Party and the State have always placed agriculture in the foundational position of the national economy, persistently promoting agricultural production and improving the living standards of farmers, while advancing comprehensive rural social progress. Even today, the "three rural" issues remain a strategic focus of all work, and the construction of a new socialist countryside has just begun. Without agricultural modernization, there is no Chinese modernization; without farmers' well-being, there is no true all-round well-being; without rural stability, there is no national stability—this is a common consensus today. This book is a product of collective collaboration. The authors, according to their respective divisions of labor, extensively collected materials, conducted in-depth research, and wrote conscientiously, striving to achieve the goal of highlighting key points while showcasing the basic framework of rural reform in Anhui.
