3. This book is provided with data and reviewed by the Editorial Department of the Gazette of the Supreme People's Court.

This book is a standard reference for case handling by departments such as public security, procuratorates, courts, and the Ministry of Justice, as well as an authoritative desk reference for lawyers and other legal professionals.
