White spots appearing on the head of the turtle?

Patient's question:

I noticed many white spots on my glans while taking a shower last night. I checked with a doctor on 120, and they said it was balanitis. This morning, when I retracted my foreskin, all the white spots were gone—neither on the glans nor on the foreskin. It's back to normal, except the glans has a slightly darker red color. What could be the reason for this?...

Doctor's answer:

Balanoposthitis is divided into balanitis and posthitis. Since they often occur simultaneously, it is referred to as balanoposthitis of the penis.
Symptoms of Balanoposthitis
There are many symptoms of balanoposthitis, and the clinically common ones include:
1. Acute superficial balanoposthitis: Initially, there is local redness, redness and swelling of the penis skin, with a sensation of burning and itching in the glans. When the foreskin is retracted, the inner surface of the foreskin and the glans appear congested, eroded, with exudate, and even bleeding. Secondary infection may lead to small ulcers and foul-smelling creamy purulent discharge. Friction with underwear causes pain, and patients often experience difficulty in movement. It may be accompanied by swelling and tenderness of the inguinal lymph nodes.
2. Ring-like erosive balanoposthitis: On the glans and foreskin, patches can be seen on the glans, gradually expanding in a ring shape, which may form superficial ulcers.
