Generally, normal life can be resumed about one week after the surgery. However, due to the high sensitivity of the glans, there may be a temporary sense of unnaturalness, which usually disappears around two weeks post-surgery. Normal sexual activity can be resumed two to four weeks after the surgery. It is recommended that routine anti-inflammatory treatment be administered for several days after the surgery to prevent infection and swelling. Avoiding unclean sexual activity, maintaining good hygiene, changing underwear frequently, and refraining from smoking, alcohol, and spicy foods are also advised.
