Doctor's answer:

05 May 2005 check prostate 2.4x2.9x3.5 internal echo is still uniform, capsule thickening, shape regular, symmetry still okay, ureter and bladder show no obvious abnormalities, currently anal nearby pain, urination thin, short interval, taking Western medicine, Chinese herbal medicine, infrared therapy all ineffective. These data suggest chronic prostatitis. Since the prostate size is normal currently, without active infection symptoms, antibiotic use will not be effective. Anti-androgen drugs are also unnecessary. If symptoms are not too severe, no treatment may be needed. But attention should be paid to reducing sexual frequency and persisting in physical exercise. If symptoms are severe, atropine can be taken orally, 1 tablet, 3 times a day, Cefixime, 1 tablet, 2 times a day, Omeprazole, 1 tablet, 2 times a day, and attention should be paid to reducing sexual frequency and persisting in physical exercise to prevent recurrence.
