Can I have sex after testicular removal?

Patient's question:

I recently don't know why my lower body is very uncomfortable, and I also don't have morning erections anymore. Can I still have sex after having my testicles removed?

Doctor's answer:

If it is possible to inject vasoactive drugs into the corpus cavernosum of the penis or, through surgery, to implant a penile prosthesis into the corpus cavernosum to support the penis, sexual function can still be restored, allowing for normal sexual life. It is recommended to first check whether the testicles have normal sperm production function. If it is normal, then consider it as a blocked vas deferens and proceed with imaging tests for confirmation before considering surgical treatment. If the testicular examination shows no sperm production function, it cannot be treated.
