How should no ejaculation be treated

Patient's question:

I recently don't know why my lower abdomen is very uncomfortable, and I also don't have morning erections anymore. How should I treat non-ejaculation?

Doctor's answer:

The reasons for not achieving ejaculation are predominantly psychological factors, although they can also be attributed to a lack of sexual knowledge or improper sexual practices. Organic factors are more commonly seen in cases of vas deferens blockage, spinal cord damage, sympathetic ganglion injury, diabetes, chronic alcoholism, and other conditions. Retrograde ejaculation is also a possibility that cannot be ruled out. Excessive and frequent masturbation can lead to an increased sexual arousal threshold, resulting in insufficient sexual stimulation during intercourse and failing to reach the level of arousal necessary for ejaculation. Masturbation tends to be more stimulating than sexual intercourse. The tests that need to be conducted include routine examinations such as ultrasound of the prostate and seminal vesicles, endocrine tests, penile sensitivity tests, and penile blood flow rate assessments.
