Features: We cannot say that this is a perfect, mature textbook for financial planners. However, we can say that it is the first set of localized financial planner textbooks in China, developed under the guidance of the International CFP Council, mobilizing global Chinese experts, and through the collaborative efforts of professors from the Graduate School of the People's Bank of China, Peking University, and Tsinghua University. This is unprecedented, and therefore, its originality will be evident. This series of textbooks is the only textbook designated by the China CFP Standards Committee for establishing the qualification certification system for Chinese financial planners, organizing CFP exams, and providing training. The series was jointly compiled and published by the China CFP Standards Committee, bringing together the most authoritative and professional experts in the field of personal finance in China. It is currently the authoritative work and textbook for personal financial planning in China. The full name of CFP is Certified Financial Planner (Certified Financial Planner). It is a level qualification certificate issued by the CFP Standards Committee in each country to professionals who have completed the required training, possess the necessary work experience, and have passed the exam. In September 2004, the China CFP Standards Committee was established and proposed the requirement to join the International CFP Council. In its early stages, a key task of the committee was to establish the exam system, train examiners, and prepare for the training of the first batch of financial planners in China who fully met the international CFP requirements. On November 1 and November 15 of this year, the training for China's first batch of financial planners, guided by the International CFP Council, will officially begin. The 180 industry elites from Industrial and Commercial Bank of China and Bank of China, who will participate in this training, were selected through rigorous exams from over a thousand applicants. They will undergo a 240-hour, full-board study program. To prepare for this training, the preparatory team of the Standards Committee had already commissioned the Graduate School of the People's Bank of China, Peking University, and Tsinghua University to jointly organize the program as early as the beginning of the year. After more than half a year of preparation, a textbook with five modules and over 2 million words will be launched by CITIC Press in November.
