How is varicocele diagnosed

Patient's question:

I recently don't know what's going on, my lower body is very uncomfortable, and I'm not getting morning erections anymore. How is varicocele diagnosed?

Doctor's answer:

. Epididymal tuberculosis with tuberculous orchitis causes a sense of fullness and discomfort in the scrotal area, but the vas deferens becomes thickened and forms beaded hard nodules. The tail of the epididymis shows irregular swelling, hardening, and nodules, which may adhere to the scrotum to form sinuses.
The symptoms caused by varicocele are due to symptoms resulting from blood vessel dilation. Generally, treatment involves elevating the affected limb and wearing elastic stockings. Oral blood-activating and blood-stasis-resolving medications are used. If these methods are ineffective, surgical treatment may be necessary.
