Features: The purpose of writing this book is to provide candidates with a blueprint for studying laws and regulations specifically for the judicial examination. Only a "must-read" that is truly appropriate can be! (2) Once a legislative document is included, its content remains intact and is not split or "broken down into parts." Only by preserving the original integrity of the content can the "legal regulations compilation" be! (3) The content of the selected legislative documents has been appropriately processed to highlight the guidance and instruction provided by the authors to candidates in reading legal provisions. The purpose of compiling this book is not to provide a comprehensive compilation of Chinese laws and regulations, but to provide an accurate blueprint for judicial must-read laws and regulations, serving as a precise, targeted, and effective legal review tool for candidates. The series of treatments given to the laws and regulations in this book are credible, and this credibility stems from the long-term professional accumulation and summarization of first-line teaching experience by the authors of each legal field, as well as the testing of several years of judicial examination questions.
