Features: Romance of the Three Kingdoms is a long historical novel in Chinese, an epic work depicting the politics, military conflicts, culture, and diplomacy of the Three Kingdoms period. In the late Eastern Han Dynasty, corrupt governance led to the Yellow Turban Rebellion. Local warlords rose to suppress the rebellion, forming multiple regional powers and creating a situation of intense competition among heroes. Amidst the struggle for power in blood and fire, Liu Bei eventually surpassed others, establishing the Shu Kingdom with the assistance of Zhuge Liang, Guan Yu, Zhang Fei, and Zhao Yun, forming a triangular balance with the Wei and Wu states. After Liu Bei's death, Zhuge Liang governed Shu under Liu Shan. He subjugated Meng Huo seven times, led six expeditions to Mount Qi, and dedicated himself tirelessly until his death. Shortly after Zhuge Liang's passing, the Wei state came under the control of the Sima clan, which subsequently conquered and unified Shu and Wu, establishing the Western Jin Dynasty and ending the Three Kingdoms period.
