Features: This series of books is meticulously crafted as a companion to the "National Judicial Examination Guidance Book (Revised Edition 2006)," with its chapters and content closely aligned with the main book. Each chapter or section is designed to integrate exam analysis, legal provisions, key points, past exam questions, and practice exercises, truly achieving the goal of "one-stop" learning. The specific content is divided into the following sections:
[Exam Analysis] In this section, statistics are provided on the key points and scoring distribution of this chapter/section across the six exams held from 1999 to 2005. A concise analysis of the examination trends and patterns is also included, aiming to guide candidates to focus their efforts on key areas after comprehensive review.
[Legal Provisions Linkage] As the name suggests, this section organizes the legal provisions related to the chapter/section in the order of content, with the main provisions serving as the backbone. All relevant provisions required by the syllabus and judicial interpretations are interwoven, forming a relatively complete knowledge chain.
[Key Point Explanation] This is the core part of the series. Key points are categorized into two types:
1. Key points that have already appeared in past exams. The compilers have classified and synthesized all exam questions from 1996 to 2005, extracting and summarizing these key points. Detailed explanations are provided, combining them with the actual questions from the past decade.
2. Key points that have not yet appeared in exams but are considered important. Of course, the key point explanations are not mere repetitions of the textbook. Instead, they analyze them from a practical perspective, highlighting key takeaways. Many key points span across multiple chapters or even disciplines. Compared to the specialized lecture-style guidance books currently on the market, this series offers a systematic and comprehensive coverage of key points, balancing both "thorough coverage" and "tackling tough challenges."
[Typical Tests] Based on the key point explanations, questions of similar difficulty are designed to reinforce memory or deepen understanding of the key points. The series is divided into six volumes, covering Civil Law, Criminal Law, the Civil Procedure Law and Arbitration System, Criminal Procedure Law, Business Law·Economic Law·Administrative Law and Administrative Law, and Jurisprudence·Constitution·Legal History·International Law·Judicial System and Legal Ethics.
The authors of this series are all young law doctors who have scored highly in the National Judicial Examination and are engaged in exam preparation guidance. They possess extensive professional knowledge, teaching experience, and insights into the exam. During the writing process, we also referred to the works of scholars and peers and incorporated valuable suggestions from fellow students and examinees. We strive for perfection, and candidates strive for success. We hope this book will be a valuable asset in helping candidates achieve their goals!
