Features: All efforts of this series of books ultimately boil down to three specific goals and pursuits: life, exams, and creation. Writing is intended to help students better adapt to social life and lay a foundation for entering society, which is also the fundamental orientation of quality education. To this end, we have designed writing guides and training for various practical writing styles. While fully encompassing the types of practical writing prescribed by the new curriculum standards, we have also expanded the scope to include some new and common practical writing forms. It is undeniable that students' writing ultimately needs to address exams. In this regard, the series is meticulously designed, balancing urgency and flexibility, adopting a dual-track system: on one hand, it integrates exam skills into the regular content, breaking them down into smaller parts and tackling them one by one; on the other hand, it introduces knowledge closely related to exam content and format in the grades nearing graduation—fifth and sixth, eighth and ninth, and eleventh and twelfth—aiming to achieve a breakthrough in scores and thereby realize the ideal alignment of quality education and exam-oriented education. This series aims to popularize while also catering to improvement. Starting from the eleventh and twelfth grades, it introduces literary appreciation and creation, bridging the gap between students and literature, fostering a qualitative leap in writing toward literature. This is the final mission of the series: to inspire interest in literary creation, guide students into the world of literature, and preliminarily shape their literary appreciation and creative abilities. In the foreseeable future, it is reasonable to hope that from among them, literary giants like Mao Dun, Ba Jin, and Shen Congwen may emerge. We have every reason to expect that the leap in writing instruction will keep pace with the great rejuvenation of the nation.
