Features: Master teachers, who are very famous educators, are undoubtedly the top performers in the field of educational practice. Why are they so renowned? First, because they teach exceptionally well, achieve significant teaching results, and are well-received by students and recognized by peers. Across the country, they have delivered many public lectures. In many places, when it's heard that a master teacher is coming to teach, everyone wants to witness their presence. Second, they are diligent in writing, often publishing articles in newspapers and magazines, and some even write books. I have always believed that those who write well can also teach well. Because, a lesson and an article share almost the same core elements: theme, materials (content), techniques, and language.
I have attended almost all the classes of the master teachers in this book, and they indeed share some commendable common traits, such as being passionate and energetic; expressive and heartfelt; fostering equality between teachers and students, creating a harmonious bond; and designing lessons with precision and creativity, full of fun. These have given me many insights and a great deal of enjoyment. Among the younger generation of master teachers, I particularly admire Xue Fageng and Han Jun. Xue Fageng's profound scholarly demeanor, down-to-earth personality, and diligent and ambitious qualities inspire admiration and respect. Han Jun, with his deep knowledge and sharp insights, possesses the aura of a true master.
