Features: This book is based on the "Teaching Syllabus for Basic Electronics" approved by the Editorial Committee of the Physics Teaching Syllabus for Higher Education in 1980. Its content can be divided into three schemes for selection by different schools: (1) Chapters 1-7, 10, and 11 (approximately 92 class hours); (2) Chapters 1-11 (approximately 110 class hours); (3) Chapters 1-12 (approximately 140 class hours). The book is divided into two volumes. The first volume includes: semiconductor management and characteristics, fundamentals of amplifiers, negative feedback amplifiers, power amplifiers, DC amplifiers and integrated operational amplifiers, tuned amplifiers and sine oscillators. The second volume includes: radio broadcasting and receivers, DC power supplies, field-effect transistor circuits, fundamentals of pulse and digital circuits, and black-and-white television receivers.
