Features: To regulate the work of master's degree applications by individuals with equivalent academic qualifications and ensure the quality of degree conferral, the 16th meeting of the State Council Academic Degrees Commission decided to introduce the National Unified Examination for Comprehensive Academic Proficiency in Disciplines for such applicants. Starting from September 1, 1999, individuals seeking master's degrees with equivalent academic qualifications must obtain the "Certificate of Qualification for the National Unified Examination for Comprehensive Academic Proficiency in Disciplines" in their respective disciplines, which serves as a prerequisite for their master's degree. The purpose of the Comprehensive Academic Proficiency Examination is to strengthen the macro-level quality control and standardized management of master's degree conferral to individuals with equivalent academic qualifications, and it is a crucial component organized by the state to assess the knowledge structure and proficiency of such applicants for master's degrees. In 1998, we organized experts to compile and publish the "Outline and Guide for the National Unified Examination for Comprehensive Academic Proficiency in Business Administration for Individuals with Equivalent Academic Qualifications." Over the past five years, based on suggestions from a large number of candidates and relevant experts, we have revised this book carefully, summarizing the experience of recent years' unified examinations. The revised outline (Second Edition) will serve as the basis for setting questions for the upcoming several years' National Unified Examination for Comprehensive Academic Proficiency in Business Administration for individuals with equivalent academic qualifications, providing reference materials for universities and colleges in related teaching and tutoring, as well as serving as study and preparation resources for candidates.
