Features: The author of this book is only 18 years old, excellent in both academics and talent, and versatile. With the pure perspective of a teenager in their prime and fluent, straightforward language, she describes the main character, Cheng Xinyu, from the unique viewpoint of an animal protection advocate. After being inspired by her idol, Zhang Bozhi, she transforms from fearing dogs to constantly caring about their living conditions, eventually becoming involved in regular rescues of stray dogs. Through this, she reflects on the social moral standards of dog lovers and those who hate dogs, strongly advocating for civilized pet ownership and passionately calling for the prompt introduction of China's "Small Animal Protection Law."
