Features: To promote the development of occupational training and skill assessment for metal heat treatment workers and to implement the national vocational qualification certification system among metal heat treatment professionals, the Ministry of Labor and Social Security, China Employment Training and Technical Guidance Center, after completing the formulation of the "National Occupational Standard—Metal Heat Treatment Worker" (hereinafter referred to as "The Standard"), organized experts who participated in the writing and review of "The Standard" and other relevant experts to compile "The National Vocational Qualification Training Course—Metal Heat Treatment Worker" (hereinafter referred to as "The Course"). The Course is closely aligned with "The Standard" in content, striving to embody the guiding principle of "orienting toward occupational activities and focusing on vocational skills," highlighting the characteristics of occupational training. Structurally, it is organized in a modular manner, dividing the content into five levels—beginner, intermediate, advanced, technician, and senior technician—based on the domains of occupational activities for metal heat treatment workers.
The basic knowledge section of "The Course" covers the "Basic Requirements" of "The Standard," while the skill section is structured such that chapters correspond to the "Occupational Functions," sections correspond to the "Work Content," and the content within sections aligns with the "Skill Requirements" and "Related Knowledge" of "The Standard."
"The National Vocational Qualification Training Course—Metal Heat Treatment Worker (Technician Skills and Senior Technician Skills)" is designed for the training of metal heat treatment technicians and senior technicians and serves as the designated supplementary textbook for vocational skill assessment.
