Publishing Time: Not Available
Features: The potential energy atmospheric reoxygenation theory introduced in this book utilizes the potential energy generated by the head of low-head water pumps, typically 10–15 meters (or the potential energy of natural rivers), in conjunction with the application of the atmospheric reoxygenation double-membrane theory and the practice of atmospheric reoxygenation using biological rotating discs to treat wastewater. The book elaborates on the potential energy atmospheric reoxygenation theory in five chapters. Chapter 1: Introduction; Chapter 2: Basics of Hydraulic Engineering; Chapter 3: Basics of Environmental Science; Chapter 4: Potential Energy Atmospheric Reoxygenation Theory; Chapter 5: Industrial Application Examples. This book can serve as a reference for researchers in environmental engineering and environmental protection department workers, as well as a teaching material for postgraduate students and undergraduate reference textbooks in universities and colleges.
The process equipment that achieves potential energy atmospheric reoxygenation is called the "Potential Energy Oxygenation Ecological Bed (Grassland)," which is an advanced improvement of the national patent "Anaerobic/Oxygenation Trickling Filter." The new patent is named "Potential Energy Oxygenation Ecological Bed." Its features include the ability to treat domestic wastewater (or polluted river or lake water) to regenerate it into surface water Class III or directly meet tap water standards, while significantly reducing direct operational costs to less than or equal to 0.15 yuan/m3 [electricity cost: 0.6 yuan/(kW·h)], with fully automatic control and no need for dedicated management. When potential energy is available in natural rivers, it can automatically achieve surface water Class III or tap water standards without any manual labor or operational costs.
