Features: With the adjustment of the rural industrial structure, mushroom production and processing have become one of the preferred projects for farmers to escape poverty and achieve wealth. During our rural surveys (especially in remote mountainous areas), farmers told us that they urgently needed practical technical materials that were "easy to understand, easy to learn, and effective upon first try." Therefore, based on highlighting economic benefits, catering to the cultural level of rural specialists, and utilizing existing production conditions, and after soliciting opinions from various parties, we compiled the book "Mushroom Cultivation Methods." This book focuses on introducing some high-economic-benefit, simple-to-cultivate-and-manage, and marketable mushroom varieties. It also specifically introduces simple equipment that specialists can make themselves in mushroom production, aiming to minimize investment and maximize benefits for producers. During the writing process, this book was used multiple times as a teaching material for practical skills training schools for rural women, achieving relatively ideal application results. Additionally, based on the actual conditions in rural areas, we provide an in-depth yet simple introduction to mushroom cultivation and application techniques, covering aspects such as living conditions, cultivation key points, pest and disease control, and harvesting and processing. We strive for concise narration, popular language, and illustrative explanations to better connect with farmers. This book is highly scientific, practical, targeted, and operational, making it suitable for farmers, grassroots agricultural technology extension personnel, rural grassroots cadres, mushroom production and processing specialists, and students and teachers of agricultural technical schools.
