Features: This standard is revised from HG/T2841-1997 "Aminotrisodium Phosphinate for Water Treatment Agent." The main differences between this standard and HG/T2841-1997 are:

- The calcium chelating value indicator in the original standard has been removed;
- The pH range "1.5-2.5" has been changed to "≤2.0";
- The aminotrisodium phosphinate content indicator has been added;
- The iron content indicator has been added.
This standard replaces HG/T2841-1997 upon implementation. This standard was proposed by the Petroleum and Chemical Industry Association of the People's Republic of China.
