Features: "The Splendor of Poetic Gardens Through the Ages" is a popular series that compiles stories, anecdotes, and poetry critiques from the history of Chinese poetry. When people read famous poems, they are often captivated by these accompanying stories and anecdotes, gaining further insights and aesthetic enjoyment. However, these stories and anecdotes are scattered across numerous historical records, poetry collections, critiques, notes, and classified books, making them difficult to locate and impossible to read comprehensively. Moreover, the original texts are often archaic and profound, making them obscure and hard to understand. This series differs from typical collections of celebrity anecdotes and common poetry appreciation books. The poems included are timeless masterpieces, while the stories and anecdotes are those that emerged during their creation and dissemination. This series, with its combined value of appreciation and practicality, helps enhance aesthetic taste, broaden perspectives on life and art, and expand knowledge of literature and history. Additionally, its content, which integrates knowledge, interest, and reference material, serves as an introductory stepping stone for young people to enter the realm of literature, a valuable resource for middle and primary school teachers to enliven their lessons, and a delightful retreat for retired individuals to enrich their later years.
