Author: Xu Meng
Publisher:
Publish Date: 2003-08-01
Features: Following the success of the best-selling novel Protein Girl, the same-titled TV series will start broadcasting across various television stations nationwide from August 2003. Readers who have read the original work know that it is actually very difficult to adapt. The book features extensive psychological analysis, discontinuous scenes, and rhyming text. However, the author brilliantly incorporated a large amount of new plot elements, moved the setting of the story to Shanghai, China's fashion capital, and made the characters in the original work more well-rounded. The storyline becomes more vivid, dramatic, and full of twists and turns, with more avant-garde ideas and a more fashionable feel. Whether you have read the original or not, this TV novel is sure to give you a brand new experience.
