Data Structures (C Language Version) (Includes CD-ROM)

Author: Yan Weimin, Wu Weimin
Publisher: Tsinghua University Press
Publication Date: 2004-02-01
Features: "Data Structures" (C Language Edition) is a textbook designed for the "Data Structures" course and can also serve as a reference textbook for C program design of data structures and algorithms. The first half of the book discusses various basic data structures and their applications from the perspective of abstract data types, while the second half primarily focuses on the implementation methods and comprehensive analysis and comparison of searching and sorting algorithms. The content and chapter arrangement of this book are largely consistent with the second edition published in April 1992, but it places greater emphasis on the concept of abstract data types. The entire book uses a C-like language as the descriptive language for data structures and algorithms. The book presents concepts rigorously, logical reasoning is meticulous, language is concise, and expressions are clear. It is accompanied by a companion book, "Data Structures Exercises" (C Language Edition), making it convenient for both teaching and self-study. At the end of the book, a CD-ROM is included, containing "Data Structures Algorithm Dynamic Simulation Teaching Software" described in a C-like language, which can run in a DOS environment, as well as "Data Structures Algorithm Dynamic Simulation Teaching Software" described in C-like Pascal or C-like language, which can run in a Windows environment. This book can be used as a textbook for undergraduate or associate degree programs in computer science or related information fields, and it can also serve as a reference for science and technology workers engaged in computer engineering and applications.
