Features: This textbook is divided into two parts. The first part covers analog electronics, with the main content summarized into three aspects: First, an introduction to the structure, characteristics, and parameter implications of three semiconductor devices (diodes, transistors, and operational amplifiers); Second, with practical discrete component power amplifier cases as the center, it introduces the structure, working process, and technical parameters of various transistor circuit units in the cases; Third, with a dual-power supply function generator case as the center, it introduces the various circuit units in the case, which mainly include linear application circuits of operational amplifiers, nonlinear application circuits, and power supply circuits.
The second part covers digital electronics, with the main content also divided into three aspects: First, essential foundational knowledge, including Boolean algebra, logic gates and their characteristics and parameters, flip-flops, and waveform generation, shaping, and other unit circuits; Second, with a digital clock as the case, it introduces combinational logic circuits and sequential logic circuits and their applications; Third, with an A/D→SRAM→E2PROM→D/A integrated case as the main thread, it introduces the functions and application circuits of these large-scale integrated circuit chips, which have been widely adopted recently. Additionally, the book provides more than ten comprehensive practical circuits, including case appendices, supported by essential foundational knowledge, emphasizing technology and highlighting applications.
This book was specifically written for higher vocational and technical college electronic information majors after several years of development and practice in higher vocational education, with a deep understanding of the school's operational positioning, training objectives, and the specific level of incoming students. It serves as a fundamental electronics textbook for higher vocational and technical colleges. At the same time, it can also be used as a reference textbook for adult colleges or as a reference book for electronic technology practical training in undergraduate institutions.
