Features: To further improve China's vocational skill standards system, provide scientific and standardized references for vocational skill assessment, and promote the socialized management of vocational skill assessment, the Ministry of Labor and the Press and Publication Administration organized the formulation of the "National Vocational Skill Assessment Specification" (Assessment Outline) for Book Distributors (hereinafter referred to as "The Specification"). After being reviewed by relevant experts, it is now issued for trial implementation. This "Specification" is formulated based on the characteristics and nature of book distributors, in accordance with the requirements of vocational skill assessment and the standard for book distributors jointly promulgated by the Ministry of Labor and the Press and Publication Administration in 1993 under the "Workers' Technical Grade Standards." It was developed through extensive research and after soliciting opinions from relevant experts. It represents a further refinement, quantification, and improvement of the workers' technical grade standards, meeting the practical needs of vocational skill assessment for book distributors of different levels. It plays an important guiding role in the development of examination papers and the establishment of question banks, serving as the fundamental basis for vocational skill assessment of book distributors. It not only plays a significant role in ensuring the standardization and quality of assessment but also serves as an important reference for formulating training outlines, selecting training materials, and personal self-study. This "Specification" is divided into three technical levels: primary, intermediate, and advanced, with each level further divided into three parts: basic assessment requirements, assessment content, and sample assessment questions. The basic requirements section clearly and specifically stipulates the applicable (targets), application conditions, assessors, assessment methods and time, as well as the requirements for assessment tools and equipment. The assessment content section defines the scope, content, and requirements of knowledge and skill assessments, along with their respective proportions. The sample assessment questions section includes questions of moderate difficulty, demonstrating strong illustrative and operational feasibility. This "Specification" serves as the assessment outline for vocational skill assessment. Assessment questions should not exceed the scope defined in "The Specification."
