Features: After Yona packed her belongings, she walked to the window, but the rain still poured without stopping. All night long, the heavy rain beat loudly against the glass windows and rooftops. The low, rain-filled sky seemed to crack, pouring water onto the ground, turning the soil into a thick slurry, melting it like sugar. A series of stifling squalls swept past. The streets, devoid of pedestrians, had the gutters like overflowing fountains, murmuring with the sound of flowing water. The buildings on both sides of the street absorbed moisture like sponges, with dampness seeping into their interiors, from the ground floor to the top, leaving the walls all wet.
