Part 5 provides an outlook on the future development of production management. The revised edition of the book has the following features: 1. Complete content, rigorous system, strong logical coherence, and alignment with the cognitive process; 2. The organic component of modern production management; 3. Theory combined with practice, with many case studies added to enhance readability; 4. A combination of qualitative analysis and quantitative calculations, introducing practical mathematical models to make the presented management methods operational.
